This Gulden
Draak was bottled on the occasion of the opening of the cold block 5 years ago.
The beating heart of the brewery, where every beer acquires its distinctive
character. Here we make the difference by using our own yeast culture. The high
fermentation and secondary fermentation work to their full potential while the
beer rests. A special feature of this matured Gulden Draak is the beginning of “portorisation”,
but the distinctive taste of Gulden Draak remains recognisable.
